Anyone hold a good recipe all for pork chops in the crock pot?

4 pork loin chops with boney (I attain fairly thick chops so they don't dry-shod out in the crock pot)
1 spoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons seedlike oil
6 tbsp butter
2 cups catsup
1/2 cup jammed brown sugar
1 teaspoon hickory-flavored fluid smoke (don't omit this!)

Bit porc chops with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
