Whats ur fried pork cut recipe?

I prefer boneless loin. To me the clean provides too much waste.

1 cup coarse crushed PLAIN corn flakes
1 crown flour
1/8 tsp black pepper
yank of garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

mix well within large bowl

2 cups buttermilk


Put buttermilk in a second bowl
dip meat in milk
dredge(coat) food in flour mixture
portion for 15 minutes, food will Be very sticky

Meanwhile heat lipoid ( I use olive lipoid) to 350 degrees

to trial oil, drop a slender piece of coating in lipide.
