Pork chop dilemma, help out!?

Yum! You asked active one of my favorites. I purchase boneless porkchops (thick ones, if possible) when they are on marketing and freezing them two in a plastic ziploc. Then once I need to cook them, they thaw suddenly in smaller quantities. My favorite ways are within a hot dish. I sprinkle on my favorite seasong stir up (SeasonAll, some of the Emiril seasonings, maybe one lemon pepper OR dish seasoning - whatever flavors you like by some business - so many to decide from).
