I took meat chops out to defrost and have nary idea how I'm active to saut

I simmer mine for approx 2-2 1/2 hrs until they are very tender.. I period with whatever I have.. a undersize garlic.. Montreal steak seasoning, mrs scamper..some.. then I broil for approx 5 mins w/ BBQ
