I need a quick, easy pork cut rub or marinade recipe!?

I genuinely love this marinade all for pork chops or chicken:

Best Barbeque Sauce
ngredients:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup of either herb or ginger juice
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup Riesling

Instructions:
1. Stir all of the ingredients (excluding wine) into a pan. Bake simply long enough to dissolve the sugar.
2. Remove from heat. Add wine. Mix well.
