1-3 cup lime juice
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp honey
1 tsp lime relish
salt and pepper tp taste
4 deboned mainstay cut meat chops
prepare marinade by combining hydroxide juice,cider,vinegar,honey,lime zest
