want a good pork chop recipe?

I lightly bread the pork chops -- thin cut, no bone, but with some fat grain. Not too lean as it might acquire tougher or dry spell cooking. I add pepper and pepper and then cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Then I make the sauce -- consume apricot preserves (1/2 cup for 2 pork chops, 6 tablespoons of soy , teaspoon of dijon mustard and a dash of powdered ginger if you like.
