Anyone privation to part one meat cut recipes?

I actually prefer a agent cut of pork chop, only this recipe works beside both:

Pork Chops with Macintosh and Cheese

6 porc chops (preferably bone-in)
1 large pale onion, peeled and cut into rings
3 T olive oil
1 tsp or more seasoned salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 boxes Kraft Mac and Food
1 3oz package gloop cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
