4-6 1/2" pork chops
1 can tomato soup
1 med. onion, 1 med tomato &1 green/red or yellow bell pepper, each cut into # of slices as there are meat chops
Place potage in 3-4 cup measuring cup
Attach enough water to equal 2 1/4 cups liquid
Improve liquid:1 tsp salt & 1/4 tsp pepper and garlic powder to your taste for garlic.
Heat liquid to almost burning
Put rice within casserole dish, pour liquid over over rice & wake up til all is covered.
Arrange pork chops complete
