2 bottles fitting beer (no light beers)
chopped garlic
black pepper

2 sliced onions
Place beef in bunk pot, jet on the beer, shield with onions and salt,pepper, garlic
Cook for about 8-10 work time until the meat totally falls apart. Serve against hard rolls with horseradish. It's delicious and is always a hit at parties.
