Pork chop dilemma, activity!?
Rub the chops with a combination of tied surround dijon mustard and a margarine daub (from a bath), press into crumbs of your choice (crackers, cornflakes, potato chips, or the italian breadcrumbs -sorry but it's good) and bake. I also do a high temp roast with sliced potatoes, sliced onion and pork, drizzle with chromatic oil, herbes de provence and good old salt and pepper.
